Wound care & bed sore care ( assessment counselling education & documentation)

Wounds that do not heal within the standard healing time result in infections and become difficult to manage. Therefore, regular hospital visits for check-ups and wound dressings is a must. Nursing services at home offer wound care to patients in the comfort of their home. They are trained in providing sterile wound dressing and pain management. We offer wound care for different kinds of wounds like infected wounds, postoperative wounds, advanced wounds, vascular wounds, and chronic wounds.

Fluid infusion management. (maintenance of central line, hydration therapy, antibiotic & anti fungal therapy)

In our Infusion at home service, the nurses are trained to administer IV infusions in sterile process. Nurses are continuously monitoring the patient’s response to IV infusions, and you do not have to worry about travel costs and expensive hospital stays. Our skilled nurses ensure that patients receive appropriate IV therapy and monitor their condition.

Injection at home ( intra muscular, intradermal, intravenous, subcutaneous, medicine admin)

Injections are part of common healthcare procedure. Injections are normally used to inject drugs, vaccines, contraceptives or other therapeutic agents into the body. Injections should be carried out safely so that they don’t cause any harm to the patient as well as to the nurse. That is why we make sure our nurses follow standard protocols, safety procedures and properly discard the vials and syringes.

Catheter care , RT ( feed , insertion, admin) , enema, suppository incertion

Catheterization is the procedure of inserting a catheter into the body to allow the fluids to flow out. In urinary catheterization, the catheter is placed inside the bladder through the urethra to allow the urine to pass out of the body. Nursing services for urinary catheterization are now available at home for better health and comfort of the patients. Our nurses are well trained to prevent the risk of tripping, pressure injuries, or any other discomforts to the patients during the procedure. They are skilled in handling the catheterization procedure, from the insertion of a catheter to monitoring and removal. Nursing services for catheterization at home are much cheaper than at nursing homes and healthcare centres.

Vital checkups ( temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, respiration rate , spo2 level, EEG, ECG, PFT)

Body temperature, pulse rate, rate of respiration and blood pressure are collectively known as vital signs since they provide critical information that is ‘vital’ for life-sustaining functions. Measurement of vital signs is useful in assessing the general health of a person. Vitals signs are also useful to the doctor in assessing the extent of illness and the patient’s physiological reaction to challenges posed by the disease.
